Everyone at OGs is incredibly proud to see Georgia selected as part of the Cyprus Women’s Rugby setup, attending the first ever national training camp held in London on 10th May.

Georgia joined OGs at just 12 years old and has grown through the club ever since. From age grade rugby right through to the women’s game, she has been a brilliant example of what hard work, commitment, passion and an overall enjoyment of the game can lead to.

W&G Chairperson, Angela, said: "Over the years we’ve watched her develop not only into a talented player, but also a fantastic young woman and teammate. Her selection for Middlesex County came as no surprise to those who have coached and played alongside her, and this latest opportunity with Cyprus is another huge milestone in what continues to be a really exciting rugby journey."

For us as a club, moments like this mean a lot. Seeing girls come into the game young, stay involved, develop through the pathway and go on to achieve things like this is exactly what community rugby is all about.
