Our U16 Girls section is a committed, supportive and ambitious group where players are encouraged to push themselves and grow in confidence, both on and off the pitch.

We welcome players of all abilities, whether you are new to rugby or looking to take your game further. Training provides a safe, positive environment led by England qualified coaches, with a focus on developing skills, game awareness and a strong team ethic.

At this stage, the girls are challenged to take more ownership of their development, building leadership, resilience and a real understanding of the game, while never losing sight of enjoyment and team spirit.

Everything we do is built around the RFU core values of Teamwork, Respect, Enjoyment, Discipline and Sportsmanship. These values are at the heart of how we train, play and support each other.
