Use of the Premises is restricted to the Main Hall, the Kitchen and the Toilets.The changing facilities, grass pitches and surrounding areas are strictly out of bounds

A security deposit of £100 may be required by OGRFC in case of breakages, damage, or failure to leave the kitchen clean and tidy and/or failure to remove all rubbish generated by the Hirer during the event. If all these criteria are met this deposit is refundable.

Parking on site is restricted to the Upper and Lower Car parks only.
Please note that any guests parking on Worlds End Lane do so at their own risk. All vehicles must be removed from the site at the end of the event for security reasons.

Whilst every endeavour will be made to secure the site and its contents, OGRFC do not accept any responsibility for motor vehicles, cycles, equipment or personal belongings brought onto the Premises

OGRFC Club’s Licence to sell Alcohol does not allow for guests to bring their own beers, wines and spirits into the clubhouse or on to the grounds for consumption.

If the Hirer is using the kitchen OGRFC requires that all of the instructions within the kitchen are followed. After the event the kitchen and its facilities must be left clean and tidy and all rubbish must be removed from the Premises. Failure to do so will result in all or part of the Security deposit being forfeited.

OGRFC holds a Private Members Club Bar Licence for the Premises and is thereby governed by the terms of that Licence, which requires the Club to regard any Hirer and their invited guests as honorary members for the duration of the event. This being the case all honorary members must abide by the Rules of the club.

For all events, OGRFC may require two senior Club members to be in attendance, once again, for security purposes.

Please be aware that any abuse of the Club’s staff or any violent behaviour will result in the immediate closing of the Bar and the booking will be considered terminated from that point.
